The currency or language selector isn't showing

Selectors appear only when your store has more than one country, currency, or language. Add them under Settings → Markets.

My menu has no dropdowns

Nest items beneath a top-level link under Online Store → Navigation, then assign the menu under Theme settings → Menus.

Filters aren't appearing on my collections

Install and configure the free Search & Discovery app. Collection filters are defined there, not in the theme.

The subscribe option isn't on my product

Install Shopify Subscriptions and attach a selling plan to the product.

The sticky hero effect isn't working

The sticky-scroll hero runs only when the first section on the page is an Image banner. Move it to the top of the home page.

The image magnifier or zoom isn't working

The hover magnifier needs a mouse, so it does not appear on phones or tablets. On touch devices, tap a gallery image to open the full-screen view instead. If clicking an image does nothing on desktop, check that Enable image zoom is on in the product section.

My background video won't play

Background videos play only while they are on screen, and they pause when scrolled away or when the browser tab is hidden. They are also switched off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion. Background video is muted and plays inline so it can autoplay; there is no sound on autoplaying background video. Use the play and pause control to start or stop it by hand.

Product card images don't change on hover

The hover preview cycles through a product's photos only on desktop, only when the product has more than one image, and only when reduce motion is off. On phones and tablets, the card shows the main image.

Can I edit the theme code?

Yes, but duplicate the theme first so you keep a working backup. For larger changes, we recommend working with a Shopify Partner.

What does support cover?

We answer questions about setting up the theme and fix bugs in the theme itself. Custom development, third-party app issues, and general Shopify account questions are outside theme support; a Shopify Partner or the relevant app developer can help with those.
